Job Details 

We are distributors of FMCG products in Contai, we deal with multiple shops and retail stores across West Bengal, as of now we are looking to hire candidate for Bill Executives to manage our retail accounting work. Kindly review job details to know job duty to manage counter billing work at Contai store .

Description of Work:

• Creating and issuing invoices to our Retail customers and Shop owners of Contai.
• Processing credit memos and payments.
• Collection of Cash and Cheques and credit to customer accounts,
• Preparing account statements for Contai customers.
• Following up on outstanding payments and answering West Bengal customer queries.
• Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
