Job Details 

We are distributors of FMCG products in Hamirpur, we deal with multiple shops and retail stores across Uttar Pradesh, as of now we are looking to hire candidate for Bill Executives to manage our retail accounting work. Kindly review job details to know job duty to manage counter billing work at Hamirpur store .

Description of Work:

• Creating and issuing invoices to our Retail customers and Shop owners of Hamirpur.
• Processing credit memos and payments.
• Collection of Cash and Cheques and credit to customer accounts,
• Preparing account statements for Hamirpur customers.
• Following up on outstanding payments and answering Uttar Pradesh customer queries.
• Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
