Post: Billing Executive
Department: Accounting / Invoicing
Location: Tarn Taran, Punjab
Salary Range: ₹14,000 to ₹19,000 per month (based on interview performance and experience)
Education Req: Minimum 12th pass or above
Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Creation & Processing: Create and issue invoices to retail customers and shop owners in Tarn Taran.
• Payment Management: Handle credit memos, collect cash/cheques, and credit payments to customer accounts.
• Customer Queries & Follow-Ups: Address billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding payments from customers in Punjab.
• Account Punjabments: Prepare detailed account statements for customers in Tarn Taran.
• Reporting: Monitor payments and generate monthly billing reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: 12th pass or higher.
• Experience: Prior knowledge of accounting and billing processes is essential.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
• Location Preference: Candidates residing in Tarn Taran are preferred.
• Availability: Must be willing to work on weekdays.
