Key Responsibilities for Store Manager job in Balotra:

Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong customer service culture and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Promote new electronic products through in-store promotions and upselling techniques.
• Develop deep product knowledge across all electronics categories (mobiles, TVs, laptops, accessories, etc.).

Team Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate Balotra store employees to achieve performance goals.
• Schedule shifts effectively and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Inventory & Merchandising

• Manage inventory levels, stock audits, and replenishment cycles.

Operations & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and adherence to company policies.

• Manage billing, cash handling, warranties, and tax invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role in or nearby Balotra Rajasthan (electronics sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of consumer electronics and current market trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and inventory management software.
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
