Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
Collaborate with Gandhinagar sales team to achieve better results
Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
