You’ll play a key role in increasing our sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion, refer more duties to apply telesales jobs in Mangalore earlier.

Job Duties of Telecalling job in Mangalore

• Firstly, you’ll work as individual contributor,
• Build and manage productive and also professional relationships with Mangalore clients using telephonic and/or video conversations

• Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
• Prompt resolution of Karnataka client complaints,
• Assist the Mangalore field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures
• Lastly, Daily telephone/video calls with clients.
