Location: Sirsa, Haryana

Industry: Marble & Home Décor

Experience: 1 to 2 years in retail sales, preferably in the marble, home décor, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet Sirsa customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in selecting the best marble and home décor products.
• Sales Execution: Drive sales by providing detailed product knowledge, offering recommendations, and closing sales effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom remains organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Inventory Management: Assist in stock monitoring, restocking displays, and managing inventory levels.
• Customer Service: Provide post-purchase support and build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance of Sirsa and report key metrics to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the marble or home décor industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for home décor, design, and aesthetics.
• Ability to understand and explain product features and benefits.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with a relationship-building mindset.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and showroom organization.
