About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive in Abohar to oversee essential backend operations within our organization. This role requires an individual who is organized, responsible, and capable of working independently while managing various administrative tasks efficiently.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in administrative or operational roles, although motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities include maintaining records, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Abohar drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
