About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company in Aizawl. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can effectively manage various administrative tasks with minimal supervision. You will be involved in data entry, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication between departments.
We welcome candidates with prior experience in administration or operations, though motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well. This full-time position offers an opportunity to grow within the company while contributing to the success of our backend operations.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Aizawl drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
