About the role

Join our team as a Retail Executive in Aizawl, where you will play a crucial role in managing our retail counter and providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are ready to engage with customers and assist them in finding the perfect products.

As a key member of our sales team, your responsibilities will include processing transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining an organized display. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming shopping experience.

We welcome applications from candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher, and those from Aizawl or nearby areas are especially encouraged to apply. This position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

  • Greeting and interacting with customers
  • Manage walk-in customers at Aizawl Retail Shop,
  • Understand their needs and show products,
  • Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
  • Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
  • Payment collection from customers

What you'll need
