About the role
The Back Office Executive role in Angul is essential for managing the day-to-day backend operations of our organization. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. Your tasks will include maintaining records, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
While prior experience in administration or operations is advantageous, motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Angul drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
