About the role

The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations that support the company's core functions. This position involves handling various administrative tasks, data entry, and ensuring efficient workflow to enhance productivity. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining records and assisting in the preparation of reports.

Ideal candidates should possess a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. While prior experience in administrative or operational roles is beneficial, motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position based on-site in Azamgarh, offering a competitive salary in the range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Azamgarh drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
