About the role
We are seeking a Back Office Executive in Balrampur to support our daily backend operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is organized and can operate independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative or operational roles, though motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing various tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our operations. These may include data entry, record keeping, and assisting with internal communications. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential for success in this role.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Balrampur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
