About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily backend processes. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and support overall business functions.
While prior experience in administration or operations is beneficial, we welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn and grow within the role. The position is available as either full-time or part-time, providing flexibility for the right candidate. This is an on-site role located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, with a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Bareilly drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
