About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our organization. This position involves managing day-to-day backend operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
Applicants with prior experience in administrative or operational roles are preferred, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. The position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available. Working on-site in Bhilwara, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the overall productivity of the company.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Bhilwara drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
