About the role
Join our retail novelty shop in Bhilwara as a Counter Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We seek candidates who are dedicated, friendly, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Bhilwara or nearby areas. A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork is essential for success in this position. We offer a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with an hour for lunch.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Bhilwara Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
