About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Deoghar, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day backend operations essential for our company's success. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining office records, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
We are seeking a responsible and organized individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Deoghar drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
