About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily backend functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities may include data entry, document management, and assisting with customer inquiries, ensuring that all processes run seamlessly.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is beneficial, but we welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
This is a full-time or part-time position based in Dhule, Maharashtra, with a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month. If you are interested in contributing to our team and have a passion for supporting business operations, we encourage you to apply for this role.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Dhule drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
