About the role

As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company in Gondia. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Gondia drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
