About the role

As a Back Office Executive in Haldwani, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily backend operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. We are seeking an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but we also welcome motivated freshers eager to learn and grow. This full-time or part-time position offers a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. You will work on-site in Haldwani, collaborating closely with your colleagues to enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Haldwani drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
