About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Hamirpur office. This position involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing support to various departments. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with team members.
Experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, based on experience.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Hamirpur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
