About the role

The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our backend processes. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting the overall functionality of the office. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while effectively prioritizing their tasks.

While prior experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Kalpetta drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
