About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing our clients' journey in the logistics industry. As a fresh graduate, you will engage with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience with our services.
Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, providing support throughout their interactions, and contributing to a positive client relationship. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
This position offers a competitive salary of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers in a leading logistics company.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Kalpetta clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Kalpetta if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Kalpetta Kerala.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Kalpetta will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
