About the role

As a Back Office Executive in Karnal, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our backend processes. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining accurate records. We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual who can work independently and efficiently.

If you have prior experience in administrative or operations roles, that would be advantageous, although we welcome motivated freshers to apply as well. What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Karnal drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

What you'll need

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
