About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily backend tasks. This position requires an organized individual who can efficiently manage administrative duties with minimal supervision. Responsibilities may include maintaining records, processing documentation, and assisting with various operational needs.
Candidates with prior experience in administrative or operational roles will be given preference, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Katihar drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
