About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of our team in Khammam. This position involves managing daily backend operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks.
We welcome applicants with prior experience in administrative or operational roles, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Khammam drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
