About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's backend processes. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the office environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Experience in administrative roles is advantageous, but we welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Kurukshetra drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
