About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a vital role in enhancing the interactions and satisfaction of our clients in Kurukshetra. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their engagement with our services.
The ideal candidate should have a graduation degree and possess strong communication skills. We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the logistics industry. A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, providing a great opportunity for career development in a dynamic sector.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Kurukshetra clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Kurukshetra if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Kurukshetra Haryana.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Kurukshetra will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
