About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Mirzapur, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day backend operations of our organization. This position requires a responsible and organized individual capable of working independently while ensuring smooth operational flow.
Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative or operational roles, though motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. Your responsibilities will include handling various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting the team to ensure efficiency.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Mirzapur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
