About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive in Mundra to oversee our daily backend operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in administrative or operational positions, although motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.
This full-time or part-time position offers a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational needs of the company, contributing to overall efficiency and productivity.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Mundra drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
