About the role
We are seeking an Associate in Client Experience to enhance our clients’ journey in Mundra. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from any stream, eager to contribute to a dynamic team in the logistics sector. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience.
As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and supporting their needs. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and proactive approach will be essential. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Mundra clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Mundra if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Mundra Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Mundra will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
