About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's backend processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently, supporting the overall functionality of the office.
Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in administrative or operations roles is beneficial, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Muzaffarpur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
