About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate to enhance the client experience in Muzaffarpur's logistics sector. As a key member of our Client Relationship department, you will engage with clients, address their needs, and ensure satisfaction with our services. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in a dynamic industry.
The successful candidate should have a graduation degree in any stream and exhibit strong communication skills. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Muzaffarpur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Muzaffarpur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Muzaffarpur Bihar.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Muzaffarpur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
