About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting the operational team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Experience in administrative or operational positions is advantageous, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This full-time or part-time position is based in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, and offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Namakkal drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
