About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Nanded, you will play a crucial role in managing daily backend operations essential for the smooth functioning of our company. Your responsibilities will include organizing files, managing data entry, and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently. We seek a detail-oriented individual who can work independently while also collaborating with team members as needed.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in administrative or operations roles, although motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Nanded drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
