About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Associate to enhance the client experience in Nanded within the logistics industry. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in a dynamic environment. As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting client interactions and ensuring satisfaction throughout their journey with our services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, ready to engage with clients and address their needs effectively. You will work closely with the Client Relationship team to maintain high service standards and contribute to a positive client experience.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Nanded clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Nanded if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Nanded Maharashtra.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Nanded will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
