About the role
The Back Office Executive role in Narsaraopet involves supporting various administrative functions and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires candidates to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Responsibilities may include managing documentation, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in data entry tasks.
While experience in administration or operations is advantageous, motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Narsaraopet drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
