About the role

We are seeking a diligent Back Office Executive in North Lakhimpur to oversee essential backend operations. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping North Lakhimpur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

What you'll need

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
