About the role
A Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily backend activities. This position involves managing administrative tasks, organizing data, and providing support to various departments within the organization. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Nuumuch drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
