About the role

The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily backend processes. This position involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting various departments to enhance overall efficiency. Ideal candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with team members.

Experience in administration or operations is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well. This full-time or part-time role offers an opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic work environment. The salary ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, providing a competitive compensation for the responsibilities involved.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Pali drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

What you'll need

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
  • Can apply for 12th Pass Jobs in Pali

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
  • Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
