About the role

The Back Office Executive role in Paradip involves managing essential backend operations to ensure smooth business functionality. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently while supporting the team in various administrative tasks. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, with a monthly salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000, depending on experience. The role is based on-site in Paradip, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute to our team's success.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Paradip drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

What you'll need

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
