As an Associate, you will work closely with clients to address their inquiries and assist in resolving any issues. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and retention, making this role crucial for the success of our organization.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Paradip clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Paradip if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Paradip Odisha.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Paradip will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
