About the role
The Back Office Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily backend processes in Patiala. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, handling data entry, and supporting the overall efficiency of the office. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ideal candidates will have experience in administration or operations, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential for success in this role. You will be expected to maintain accurate records and assist in various projects as needed.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Patiala drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
