About the role

We are seeking a Back Office Executive in Patna to oversee essential backend operations within our organization. This role requires a responsible and organized individual who can efficiently manage tasks with minimal supervision. Candidates should possess strong administrative skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations across various functions.

Experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, allowing flexibility for candidates. As a Back Office Executive, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of the team, supporting daily operations and facilitating communication between departments.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Patna drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
