About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage backend operations efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization. Responsibilities include handling documentation, processing orders, and providing support to other departments as needed.
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in administration or operations is an advantage, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. This full-time or part-time role offers a salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month and requires in-person attendance in Perinthalmanna, Kerala.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Perinthalmanna drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
