About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Perinthalmanna. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth operation of daily sales activities.
Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and be from Perinthalmanna or the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in retail. We offer a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Perinthalmanna Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
