About the role

We are seeking a Back Office Executive in Prayagraj to support our daily operations and ensure smooth backend processes. This role requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently and efficiently. You will be tasked with managing various administrative functions, maintaining records, and assisting with operational tasks as needed.

Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. The position is available full-time or part-time, offering flexibility to suit your schedule. This is an on-site role, allowing for direct collaboration with our team in Prayagraj.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Prayagraj drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

What you'll need

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
