About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Prayagraj. We are seeking enthusiastic counter sales staff who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and managing retail operations effectively. Your role will involve assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
We welcome applications from candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires you to work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Prayagraj Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Prayagraj,
