About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of our company in Puri. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data entry, and assisting with daily operational processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and possess strong organizational skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team by handling correspondence, managing records, and assisting with project coordination. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Puri drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
