About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a key role in enhancing the client journey by assisting clients and ensuring their needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries, providing support throughout their experience, and fostering strong relationships to promote client satisfaction. You will collaborate with team members on various client experience initiatives, contributing to the delivery of exceptional service.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Puri clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Puri if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Puri Odisha.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Puri will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
